Motorcoach Tours:
Tours priced less than $75.........$25 deposit
Tours priced $76-$150..............$75 deposit
Tours priced $151-$500..........$100 deposit
Tours priced $501-$1000........$200 deposit
Tours priced over $1000..........$300 deposit
Final payment on Motorcoach tours is due no later than 30 days prior to departure. Mark this date on your calendar. YOU WILL NOT BE BILLED.
Fly/Drive Tours:
All of there Tours require........$500 deposit
Final Payment of Fly Tours is due 45 days prior to departure. YOU WILL NOT BE BILLED. Cancellation penalties are incurred after the 45 day final payment date.
International Tours:
All of these Tours require........$500 deposit
Final payment of International Tours is due 60 days prior to departure. YOU WILL NOT BE BILLED. Cancellation penalties apply on all international tours.
Cruises:
Cruises priced $1000 and under...$200 deposit
Cruises priced over $1000...$300 deposit
Final payment of cruises is due 45 to 95 days prior to departure. Cancellation penalties are incurred on or after the final payment date. Each cruise line’s refund and cancellation policies vary.
All Tours:
A deposit must be received within 10 days to confirm your reservation. If a deposit is not received, your name will be removed from our reservation roster. Schrock accepts payment on tours in the form of cash, personal checks, or by credit card transaction. For your convenience, we are now accepting MasterCard, Visa, and Discover. Cost factors will not allow us to accept any credit card transaction for less than $75.00. A refund on a credit card
transaction must be made in the form of a credit to your credit card account.
Please Note:
On tours of three days or more in length, children 12 years of age or younger may
travel at half of the double fare when sharing a room with 2 paying adults. Children under 4 years of age are not permitted on multi-day tours.
Returned Check Charge:
There is a $30.00 service charge required for all returned checks.
